1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using lucidario.com, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Sueños Lúcidos is a free-access platform offering:

• A scientific corpus of documents on lucid dreaming and consciousness (public access).
• An AI assistant that responds exclusively using dataset sources.
• A personal dream journal (account required).
• A community forum (account required).
• A study area with progress tracking (account required).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities conducted from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at privacidad@lucidario.com.

4. User Content

Content you post in the forum or in journal entries marked as public may be visible to other users. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Posting illegal, offensive, misleading, or third-party-rights-infringing content is prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules without prior notice.

5. AI Assistant Use

The AI assistant generates responses based on the scientific dataset. It does not replace medical, psychological, or any health professional advice. Responses may contain errors. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.

Podcast episodes are entirely AI-generated (voice synthesis and automated writing). Dataset documents belong to their original authors.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform's source code, design, and LuciDario's own content are protected. Dataset documents are works of their original authors, distributed under their respective open-access licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee continuous availability. We are not responsible for data losses caused by technical failures, although we take reasonable measures through regular backups.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance of material changes. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
